Two drivers have been killed after their trucks collided head-on at Ivingoni on the Mombasa-Nairobi highway.
Makueni police boss, Joseph Ole Napeiyan, said that one of the lorries veered off from is lane hitting the oncoming truck head-on.
The two drivers died on the spot, Napeiyan said.

The incident comes amid rising road crashes following the reopening of the economy.
The National Transport and Safety Authority said it would increase vigilance on the roads to ensure motorists adhere to traffic rules and regulations.
At the beginning of October, NTSA said 60 people died with two days in road crashes.
