That’s right! Trio Mio shared a photo on Saturday with his mom showing off a title deed.
The 'Cheza kama wewe' hitmaker seems to have acquired a new piece of land in an undisclosed location.
His joy was highlighted in the snap, where he was captured wearing a big smile.
The fast-rising singer captioned it all to read: "Newest land owner in town ❤ Mkuruweng. God bless 2022🙏🏼."
This year has been especially productive for the youngin who has now stretched his music boundaries in different exciting directions.
Trio has picked politicians' interests and in December 2021 he was among the guests invited by presidential front runner and Azimio-One Kenya flag bearer Raila Odinga in a political campaign.
His songs continue to enjoy great reception and we anticipate more of his projects to savour.
