Police in Isiolo attached to the airport are a worried lot.
This is after a Bich Poldog which was under the watch of Ronald Katana disappeared from the Airport’s premises.
“It was reported today January 21, 2022, CMM in the morning at around 8 am that Police Constable Ronald Katana was grooming his Bich Poldog outside their K-9 kennel within the Isiolo Airport compound,” the report read in part.

Katana went to his house briefly situated inside the Isiolo Airport and left the dog unattended.
The house is situated within the same compound and when he walked out of the house he found the Poldog missing.
The search for the dog kicked off immediately.
By the time of going to press, the dog had not been found.
The officers believe that the Poldog passed through under a chain-link wire outside the Isiolo Airport compound.
This prompted the officers to open an inquiry file number 1/2022.
Disciplinary action has been taken against the concerned officer.
