Fifty-two witnesses have been lined up to testify against former Finance Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich and his co-accused in the multi-billion Arror and Kimwarer dams scandal case.
The prosecution, led by Deputy Director of Prosecution Alexander Muteti, said the case will take approximately 524 hours, about three months, to conclude.
"Considering the complexity of this case, in terms of the number of accused persons and voluminous documentary evidence, the time is enough to conclude the case," said Muteti.

The prosecutor told Nairobi Chief Magistrate Douglas Ogoti that they have disclosed all the evidence to the defense team.
On Friday, March 19, the case came up for pre-trial and confirmation of whether the DPP's office had disclosed all the evidence against the accused persons as required by the law.
Rotich's lawyer, Lincoln Ng'arua, requested to be furnished with his client's witness statement, OB number under which the case was brought to court and DPP's investigation report of a trip to Italy.
