Sarah Wairimu, the widow of murdered businessman Tob Cohen, has finally been allowed access to their Kitisuru home.

The court allowed Wairimu, who was charged with murdering her husband Cohen, to collect her clothes, shoes, handbags and grooming tools from the posh home in Lower Kabete.

"This shall be done under strict supervision of the 2nd respondent (Office of the Director of Public Prosecution) and the investigating officers in this case and in the presence of Defence counsel," ruled the court.

But the court allowed Wairimu to only access those belongings in the room/rooms she occupied prior to her arrest.
