A 31-year-old man was on Sunday, December 5 nabbed in an unnatural act with a calf in Litein, Kericho County.

Kennedy Lamar was nabbed after the owner of the calf, identified as Fancy Lang’at heard the calf groan in pain in the wee hours of Sunday morning forcing her to raise an alarm.

In a statement by Directorate of Criminal Investigations seen by K24 Digital, the lady thought that the cows inside the shed were under attack.

“An alarmed Langat who thought a predator had attacked her livestock leapt from her bed, opened her door and stealthily tiptoed towards her cattle boma. Suddenly, she saw a dark silhouette of a man moving away from the groaning calf and took cover on the ground a few metres away,” DCI said in a statement.

The woman then decided to move closer to the silhouette, only to find out that the person in question was her brother-in-law.

The man was found half naked after committing the abominable act.

“Dismayed villagers thronged the scene, as women watched the bizarre incident never witnessed in the village, from the periphery,” DCI further said.

This saw villagers group form to discuss the matter which has never been witnessed in the area as they discussed in low tones.

Some were even seen shaking their heads in disbelief of what had happened.

“The villagers led by their area chief effected a citizen’s arrest and escorted the suspect to Litein police station where he’s currently being held before arraignment tomorrow,” the statement revealed.
