Sarah Wairimu Kamotho has finally taken plea in the case she is accused of murdering her Dutch husband, Tob Cohen.

Wairimu took her plea after High Court Judge Stella Mutuku allowed Philip Murgor to continue representing her.

The prosecution had filed an application to have Murgor barred from representing Wairimu, claiming that that the lawyer was still a Directorate of Public Prosecutions staff.

Justice Mutuku set bail application ruling for Friday.

The prosecution has opposed Wairimu's application for bail and has asked for five more days to complete witness protection process.
