William Ruto has inspected a guard of honour for the first time as the president of Kenya.
Following his election as the fifth President of the country, Ruto undertook the exercise at parliament buildings on Thursday, September 29.
The exercise took place ahead of the official opening of the 13th Parliament where he is expected to address, among others, the revival of the Agricultural sector in the wake of harsh climatic conditions that continues to see farmers reduce their production.
