Controversial Kenyan rapper CMB Prezzo, whose given name is Jackson Makini, will vie for Kibra MP seat, but in 2022.

In a press conference, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka said the rapper approached him last week and informed him he wanted to join the Kibra by-election.

But Kalonzo said the advised Prezzo he is still green and should wait until 2022.

Kalonzo aide, Dennis Kavisu, said disowned a tweet by Wiper Movement’s verified account saying CMB Prezzo would vie in the November 7 by-election.

Kavisu said Wiper’s verified account is fake.
