A 60-year-old man from Butula in Busia County has been arrested on suspicion of sodomising his 13-year-old nephew.
Charles Ouma, who is a pastor at a church in Butula, was on Tuesday evening taken to Butula Police Station, where he is being detained.

The boy told his mother that Ouma lured him with sweets and food before sodomising him.
The teenager further said that the suspect threatened to kill him should he speak to anyone about the ordeal.
This comes only two months after the suspect was accused of defiling a Class Seven girl.
Ouma is expected to be arraigned on Wednesday, September 4.
