Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro walked to freedom on Tuesday after Murang'a court informed that he had no case to answer.

Nyoro presented himself to the court on Tuesday morning accompanied by his lawyer Irung'u Kang'ata and Kandara MP Alice Wahome.

The prosecution said they had not received the MP's file and were not aware that they were to charge him.

Murang'a Magistrate Sheila Nyaga said since there was no case brought before her then the matter could not proceed.

But prosecution also opposed an application by Ms Wahome to have the court grant Ndindi an anticipatory bond
