Paul Ndichu and Eddie Ndichu will face charges after Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji ordered their prosecution following an incident where they were accused of assaulting women at Ole Sereni Hotel in Nairobi.

Senior counsel Philip Murgor who is the lawyer and uncle to the complaints who are sisters; Stephanie and Cheryl has confirmed the development to K24 Digital but refused to comment further on the issue.

Edwin Sifuna who is the lawyer to the Ndichu brothers however did not respond to our calls.

“They are out on bond but the lawyer has been informed to present them in court for plea taking of assault and malicious property damage,” one of the officers aware of the matter said.
