Miguna Miguna writes to Govt on his January 7 return

Miguna miguna has now written a letter through his lawyer John Khaminwa notifying the government that he will be jetting back in the country on Tuesday, January 7, 2020.

The Kenyan-Canadian lawyer asked the government to comply with court orders issued by High Court judge Chacha Mwita.

Khaminwa's addressed the letter to Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi, Directorate of Criminal Investigation head George Kinoti, the Attorney-General Kihara Kariuki, Inspector-General of Police Hillary Mutyambai and Director of Immigration Alexander Muteshi.

In the letter, Khaminwa says Miguna will jet in on Tuesday at 9 pm through Lufthansa flight LH590.

"We urge you to respectively ensure that the orders delivered by Justice Chacha Mwita are strictly complied with," reads the letter.

Khaminwa has outlined 10 orders issued by the judge which the government should failed to comply with.

"In circumstances we respectively ask you to ensure you invoke the necessary machinery to ensure Miguna Migunareturns home peacefully after due compliance with the orders of the court,"reads the letter.
