Police officers in Kisii County are hunting down a man who killed his elder brother after allegedly busting him having sexual intercourse with their mother.
According to the police report filed at the Kisii Police Station, the fugitive had gone to his mother’s house on Monday night at about 11:00 pm where he allegedly found the two in the act.
“The police visited the scene and established that the accused person went to his mother's house yesterday [Sunday, March 8, 2020] at night at around 23.00hrs and found the deceased **** aged 35 years inside having sex with his biological mother namely **** k/ f/a aged 55 years,” the police report said.

The incident occurred at Kegati Two village and detectives from Kisii Directorate of Criminal Investigations are tracing the suspect, police said.
“The scene was processed by CSSS Kisii Central and the deceased body removed to Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital morgue awaiting postmortem,” the police report said.
