Former Machakos County First Lady Lilian has accused her ex-husband Governor Mutua of threatening her life.

Through her lawyer Philip Murgor, Lilian claimed that the Machakos Governor had vowed to crush her following their separation.

Lilian claimed that the governor has been harassing her and a few months ago stormed her home and made away with her personal cars.

"Without my knowledge or consent and using a spare key which he had illegally obtained, he drove away with my personal motor vehicle which had been fully registered in my name since 2014. Mr Mutua proceeded to fraudulently transfer the ownership of the car in the logbook into his name, and thereafter sold the vehicle to a 3rd party,” Lilian said in a press briefing on Thursday.

Lilian further accused the governor of fraudulently taking away her shares in properties they jointly owned when they were still married.

“Mr Mutua recently and illegally transferred my shares in the Ndash Enterprises LTD (the hotel company) to his sister Ann Mbandi Mutua," she said.

Lilian also claimed that Mutua had sworn to her that she is his enemy number one and will hurt anyone close to her.

“Mutua angrily termed me as his Enemy No 1. and threatened to "crush me to ash", as he takes away everything I have and own," she said.

“He stated that he had offers from people to kill persons close to me, and threatened that he might indeed take up the offers to teach some of them a lesson,” she added.

Following her allegations, Lilian now wants the government to institute criminal investigations against the Machakos governor
