"I'm hurt by the incident. I wish I knew he was a dangerous man. I could not leave my daughter with him," she said.

Family members are pointing blame fingers at police officers saying there is a lot of drugs and bhang in the locality with many youths indulging in them.

Locals describe the man as hardworking

According to locals, the man whom they described as hardworking, never showed signs of causing harm to the children and has been helping many people with daily duties.

Area OCPD Richard Omanga confirmed the incident and called on the public not to take the law into their hands and keep a vigil on their children to ensure they are safe.
