Uncle to popular Deejay Felix Orinda alias DJ Evolve has praised Embakasi East lawmaker Babu Owino for standing with them when they lost the entertainer's mother.
DJ Evolve's uncle, Dominic Orinda, rubbished claims online that the deceased, Mary Adhiambo, succumbed to pressure from her son's condition.
"Babu Owino is a man and a half, to be honest with you. He has done everything that a good man can do to support his friend. He stood with us since DJ Evolve's mother died. He loved the deceased like his own mother and often referred to her as 'mum'. He has fulfilled all the pledges that he made to our family," he said.

Babu Owino has been on the spot since he was accused of shooting and injuring DJ Evolve at a night club in Kilimani, Nairobi county.
The lawmaker's case is still active in court and is currently out on bond. The entertainer is currently recuperating at home, with his family claiming that the ODM MP is bearing all his medical costs.
Babu has been subject to online attacks since the incident occurred, with sections of netizens calling for his jailing.
The aggrieved family has umpteenth times jumped to his defence, saying that the politician acknowledged his mistake and has been supportive in the journey to Evolve's recovery.
