Former Sports minister Rashid Echesa has been arrested.
Echesa was arrested at his Nairobi home Thursday morning over what DCI detectives -- who spoke to K24 Digital in confidence -- term as suspected fraud.
Echesa was driven to the DCI headquarters on Kiambu Road for grilling.
