The Law Society of Kenya President Nelson Havi has advised President Uhuru Kenyatta to send all his cabinet secretaries packing.
Havi, who was applauding Uhuru's move to sack Kenya Prisons Services boss Wycliffe Ogallo, beseeched the President act in the same vain and show the Attorney General Paul Kariuki Kihara the door.
The city lawyer also posited that almost all state functionaries qualify for the axe due to incompetence and embarrassing the appointing authority, the Presidency.

"Well done President Uhuru Kenyatta for firing and arresting Commissioner-General of Prisons, Wycliffe Ogalo. Don’t stop there. Kick out Attorney-General Paul Kariuki Kihara. Fire your entire Cabinet. Fire everyone in your Government. All these appointees have embarrassed you," he posted.
Havi's statement comes in the backdrop of the replacement of Commissioner-General of Kenya Prisons Services with Brigadier(Rtd) John Kibaso Warioba.
The change of guard was prompted by the escape of three terror convicts from the Kamiti maximum prison.
