Fans raise Ksh400K in 3 minutes for Churchill Show comedian Akuku Danger

In just three minutes, Churchill show fans were able to raise Ksh400,000 for comedian Akuku Danger who is currently in ICU.

This was announced by actress Sandra Dacha in an Instagram post that read;

"What more can I say jameni... Wametusaidia tukafika Mia NNE in that short time 👌 who is God?"

The fundraiser rallied by comedians took place on Saturday, January 1 during the first Churchill Show of 2022 dedicated to Akuku to enable him to undergo surgery after one of his lungs collapsed.

"We dedicated our New Year Show to one of our own - @itsakukudanger who is currently admitted at Nairobi West Hospital. It is our prayer that Mannerson, Akuku Danger will recuperate from the illness," the poster read.

The comedian who has been battling sickle cell anaemia since birth is currently admitted at Nairobi West Hospital.
