Drama follows former CS Rashid Echesa to Kakamega bar as his friend touches police officer’s girlfriend

Drama ensued at a local entertainment joint in Kakamega after a man identified as Rajab Munyendo, touched a lady who was in the company of Mr. Mwita, the OCS of Shianda police station.

Rajab, who was in the company of former CS Rashid Echesa, reported to police that while they were was drinking at the Jos Lounge Bar, he touched the officer's girlfriend sparking a heated fight that saw the OCS damage his car.

In an OB report seen by K24 Digital, Rajab alleged that the officer also made away with his Ksh77,000. In his malicious damage claim, the complainant stated that OCS Mwita damaged the front windscreen, right side mirror and the rear left side lens of his Mercedes-Benz.

"It was reported by one Rajab Munyendo, who hails from Shitoto Village in Shianda, that yesterday while they were drinking at Jos Lounge Bar which is within Mumias East Sub County and in company of Rashid Echesa and others not stated.

"It happened that he touched a lady who was in company of one Mr Mwita (OCS Shianda) and as a result a confrontation ensued between the complainant and the OCS where by the complainant motor vehicle, make Mercedes-Benz Reg. No KCY 105 W white in colour, was maliciously damaged on the front windscreen, right side mirror and the rear left side lens by the OCS.

He also alleges to have lost Ksh77,000/= (seventy seven thousand ) during the incidence. DCIO Mumias dealing and inquiry file no 1/2021 opened," the OB report read.
