Jubilee Vice Chair David Murathe now says Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria will be kicked out of Jubilee Party for campaigning against their candidate in Juja by-elections.

He says Kuria has dared the party enough and his membership at the party is no longer tenable.

" I think Moses Kuria is daring the Party. He is on the ground insulting the President and campaigning for a PEP candidate. I think the next step is to kick him out of the party," Murathe said.

The Jubilee Vice-Chair, who minces not his words, says a by-election should be held in Gatundu South so that Kuria can compete with the Jubilee candidate on his PEP party ticket

"Let him run on a PEP ticket, we will run a PEP candidate and let the people decide. There is no point in him hanging one leg in Jubilee and promoting the ideals of another party," he said.

The pronouncement by Murathe comes a few days to Juja by-elections where Kuria is supporting PEP candidate George Koimburi for the seat.

Jubilee has fielded the late MP's widow Susan Waititu in the mini-poll that is set to be held on May 18th.

As if saying Kuria's fate is sealed, Murathe reminded Kuria how former Jubilee nominated Senator Isaac Mwaura lost his seat adding that they will not tolerate insolence in the party.

"We talked about Caleb Kositany donning the colours of UDA and we had to get rid of him. We talked about Isaac Mwaura and I told him if he continues the way he was doing we will not entertain him," he said.

Mwaura was kicked out of his seat on Tuesday after Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka declared his seat vacant.

He was on the same day replaced by former Samburu Senator Leshore Prisa following a gazette notice by IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati.

His ouster came a few weeks after the Jubilee Vice-chair told him that he will lose his seat for being indisciplined.
