Today marked one year since the death of Chris Kirubi - a billionaire businessman who ventured into diverse sectors, including manufacturing and media.
The late tycoon passed away aged 80 after a protracted battle with cancer.
To mark his one-year death anniversary, the Centum family honoured his memory by reflecting on who their boss was.
While paying his tribute, Fred Murimi, manager of Centum Capital Partners, said he will forever miss introducing him and blowing his trumpets on his array of titles.
"I got to work with him closely for close to nine years. I will miss blowing his trumpets, (Chris Kirubi, DJ CK, Ambassador, Africa Union trustee, and I would go on and on. That's how I got my promotions because, after the accolades, he would ask my boss to promote me," Murirmi noted.
Kirubi had three children; Maryanne, Fiona and Robert Kirubi.
