Activist Mutemi Kiama has been arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi

Kiama told K24 Digital that he was arrested on Tuesday, April 6, at about 3.30 pm for unknown reasons.

However, the activist said he was unapologetic about digital content he posted on his Twitter handle inciting and warning the world against issuing loans to Kenya.

At the time of publishing this article, the prosecution had not produced the charge sheet or application to detain the activist.
