38 teens arrested partying in Kisii homestead, 14 used c*****s, bhang found

Thirty eight (38) teenagers from Kemboa Village in Ogembo, Kisii County were on Saturday evening (June 20) arrested while binging on illicit liquor and allegedly engaging in a sex party.

Thirty four (34) of the 38 teenagers were male, whereas four were female.

All the suspects are aged between 14 years old and 20 years old, police said.

Fourteen (14) used condoms were found at the scene, a residential house in Ogembo Town. Also recovered at the scene were rolls of bhang.

Kisii County Police Commander, Jebel Munene, said all the 38 were taken into mandatory quarantine at Kisii High School.
