16-year-old girl goes missing after attending birthday party against her parent’s will

A 16-year-old minor has disappeared, after she was lured into a birthday party by a close friend.

According to his father Omar Salim, 16-year-old Aisha Omar who is a form two student at the Star of the Sea Secondary school was lured into a birthday party on Monday by her close friend known as Omar Mzaliwa.

Salim said that the birthday party was being held at Masjid Alpha area at Mzaliwa's grandmother's house where they met three other members of outlawed criminal group of Wakali Kwanza, known as Navoo Kavita alias “governor” and his brother known only as Billy.

Kavita was released from court, two weeks ago on a bond of Ksh500,000 after being charged with causing grievous harm to a Likoni resident during an attack.

The two suspects are still at large, after evading police arrest yesterday however their mother has since been arrested in connection to the disappearance of Omar alongside Mzaliwa, a form three student at Mbaraki girls.

“After arriving in the house they met three other young men, whom I have been told they began having sexual orgies inside a house owned by Mzaliwas grandmother,. however during that time her drink was laced with drugs since she was not ready to get involved in more the sexual activities and informed them she needed to go back home,” Salim said.

He alleged that at the time of his daughter's disappearance, she was accompanied by a close friend known as, Omar Mzaliwa who informed her parents that she left her behind after 9:00pm

“Her best friend who is a form three student had made plans and even bought, her a long dress commonly known as “Dera”that she was to wear during the birthday. After arriving home from work at around six in the evening, and upon enquiring from her other siblings,” he said.
