South Africa-based Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan’s lover, Shakib has penned a lovely message to mark her birthday.
The socialite mother of five is celebrating her 42nd birthday.

In an update on his Instagram page, Shakib shared his message where he poured his heart out leaving netizens in awe.

The young man noted that he was lucky to have Zari in his life, adding that he will cherish and love her forever.
“Happy birthday Queen truly amazing and beautiful! I love you always and for Eva Eva! lucky to have you baby,” Shakib wrote.
Reacting to the message, Zari wrote; “Thank you my love. I love you so much babe.”
Zari Hassan vs critics over boyfriend’s age
The socialite fought off attacks from female critics who tore her apart after she came clean about her boyfriend's age.
Zari was forced to hit back at her female detractors who were trolling her for dating Shakib who is way younger than her.
The socialite angrily lashed out at her critics in a rant on Tik Tok claiming that the women who were busy slamming her were busy having illicit affairs with married men who they can't post on social media.
“Women who are on my case, leave me alone. You are cheating with married men, leave me alone," Zari ranted in a TikTok video.
Zari further claimed that her female critics were hiding their sponsors like ARVs.
“You are hidden like ARVs. Tell me if I’m lying. You like men who are already in relationships. You are hidden like ARVs. You allow these men to use you in darkness. But he can’t sit with you at a restaurant and have a coffee with you,” she said.

The attack on Zari came after she revealed her lover's age while dismissing claims that she is a sugar mummy.
She clarified that Shakib is only 10 years younger than her while insisting that he is not a toyboy as netizens aptly refer to him.
“My boyfriend is 30 going 31 in December so he’s not young. He does look young,” Zari said.
Zari hit out at age shamers who had been castigating her for dating her younger lover who was thought to be in his early 20s.
