Zari Hassan explained her fallout with Diamond Platnumz moments after she arrived in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania on Saturday, May 27, 2023.
The mother of five touched down at the Julius Nyerere International Airport (JNIA) in the company of her husband Shakib Cham Lutaaya.
Zari is in Tanzania to host a club event. She addressed her fallout with Diamond while speaking to journalists at the airport.

The 42-year-old Ugandan socialite made it clear that she was not jealous of Fantana having a fling with her baby daddy.
Zari explained that her only issue is with Diamond discussing her with Fantana which she noted emboldened the Ghanaian singer to insult her.
"Mimi I was not jealous of that girl, mimi tatizo langu ni baba watoto wangu kukaa na mwanamke kuanza kunisema mimi coz mimi namuheshimu Diamond if you guys know I respect him so much. He is the father of my kids we are always going to have this relationship. Lakini ukikaa na mtu alafu uanze kunisema mimi umpee ule mtu confidence ya kunitukana hivyo I think hapo he crossed the line. Mi siwezi kukaa na mume wangu saa hivi nkaanza kumuongelea Diamond, never because my business is with him hivyo hivyo. Yani Diamond angetoka ha huyo dem bila kunisema mimi, unajua inawezekana," Zari said.
"Ni kweli ulimwambia Fantana kuwa Diamond ana mpenzi Tanzania? (Is it true you told Fantana that Diamond has a lover in Tanzania)," a journalist asked Zari.
"Nilimwambia kwani ni uongo. Nyinyi ni Watanzania, ni uongo? (I told her, is it not true? You guys are Tanzanians, is it not true?)" Zari responded.
The Ugandan socialite further denied that Young, Famous & African (YFA) was scripted.
"Sio scripted. Show yetu yani ingekua scripted watu tungekua tunasema maneno mengi, sio scripted," she said.
Diamond kissed Fantana
Diamond Platnumz fell out with his Ugandan baby mama Zari Hassan because of his fling with Ghanaian musician-cum-model Francine Koffie aka Fantana.
Fantana and Diamond developed chemistry on the Netflix reality series Young, Famous & African (YFA) and this seemed to have rubbed Zari the wrong way.
The mother of five blasted her Tanzanian baby daddy for bad-mouthing her with his Ghanaian new flame on the YFA show.
Zari, while expressing her disappointment, put Diamond on the spot for using her name for ‘clout’ and announced that she had cancelled him in her life for good.
The 42-year-old also blasted Fantana bragging that she was a self-made billionaire and that Diamond shouldn't compare her to the Ghanaian model.
Zari also claimed that Fantana had failed as a musician and that she was still looking horrible after five Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedures.
The 25-year-old Ghanaian singer went HAM on Zari while hitting back at her.
