Youtube pulls down Mejja’s song ‘Tabia za Wakenya’ over copyright allegations

Genge artist Major Nameye Khadija known for his stage name Mejja new hit Tabia za Wakenya has been removed from youtube over copyright allegations.

The song which had gathered over 1.6 million views was reported by an upcoming artist Bouja Bwuoy.

Confirming it, Mejja in an Instagram post wrote “I am speechless. You can slow me down but I am not giving in. God above everything.”

Earlier on, claims of copyright were reported by blogger Robert Alai who shared part of his conversation with the artist.

Mejja then took to social media to refute the claims slamming them as ‘hate on another level’
