Fans could soon be getting new tunes from Africa’s finest: Nigerian acclaimed Afrobeat artiste Adekunle Gold and Bongo maven Diamond Platinumz.
A video of the two celebrated musicians graced the internet via the Wasafi TV Instagram page of WCB records owned by Diamond.
Along with the video, was a teaser caption that read;
"Heavy link up! The two giants 🚨SIMBA 🦁 @diamondplatnumz 🇹🇿 X @adekunlegold Who's Ready?"
Wasafi did not, however, share further information about the teased project.
While the exciting teaser got some fans speculating on what would be, some simply expressed their contempt based on past disappointments.
Whether this will eventually materialize, only time will tell!
Diamond has in the recent past been dropping hints with a series of photos and videos with big and popular artistes but these projects are yet to be released.
In July last year, the Tanzanian star threw fans into a frenzy after sharing that he might be working on new music with US rapper Wiz Khalifa.
Diamond in an Instagram post uploaded a short video of the two in a studio with a simple caption that read; "Wasafi X Taylor Gang.”
