As Nairobi Governor Sonko adjusts to life in police cells, his sycophants and aides who hang around him miss him already.

The aides, used to getting handouts, are now queuing at food kiosks, a far cry from the posh hotels they used to frequent with their now embattled master.

Some were recently overheard complaining that if the governor is detained for long, they may have to look for alternative sources of income.
