Bonfire Adventures co-founder Sara Kabu has revealed that she is planning to buy one of the planes that have been put on auction at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).

Taking to her social media page, Sarah described how happy she was that she will soon own a plane, a reality she never imagined.

The business lady shared a photo of her standing beside a plane noting that the plane was about to be hers.

"This is about to become my toy as a reminder that our dreams are valid," she said while referring to the plane behind her.

"Yani leo mimi na bid kununua ndege and a few years I was sitting in kiti sambaa kwa matatu I couldn't afford the main seat (I can't believe it is me bidding to buy a plane yet a few years ago I could not afford busfare)t," she added.

Sarah further revealed that she was planning to convert about 20 retired planes to an AirBNB and hotel suites. She, therefore, asked her followers to give her an idea of where she can start the business.

"May this inspire someone who cannot afford bus fare or lunch today. Just remember Sarah Kabu was in your position a few years ago and now she is getting closer to owning an aeroplane," she added.
