Former Kiss FM presenter Sanaipei Tande has come out to confirm rumours that she had refused to sire a child with Classic 105 presenter Maina Kageni.

Sanaipei revealed that while she was still working at Kiss Fm alongside Maina Kageni, the legendary radio presenter asked her to have a child with him.

She said that Maina was so serious about the matter that he offered to pay her Ksh 500,000 but she declined the request.

According to the actress, she declined the offer because, at the time, she was young and was focused on building her career.

"He (Maina) told me when I had just joined Kiss 100 Fm even before I was given my show. He said that if I never wanted to work another day in my life, I give him a child. I declined the request, at the time I was still a baby, I was just 21," Sanaipei said.

Sanaipei said that her decision not to have a child with Maina has, however, put her in a lot of trouble.

She said that most of her followers has taken her decision out of context and have been attacking her about the issue on social media.

"Maina has brought me a lot of trouble, any time I post on social media, people are constantly asking me to give him a child," she said.

Sanaipei further explained that though she does not like speaking about relationships and children, she is currently dating.
