Samidoh’s love life in 2022

While Mugithi ace Samuel Muchoki alias Samidoh has an undeniable showbiz flair that he has continually maintained, he has also won over a whole new legion of fans from his love life. 

The sensational artiste is a husband and a father of five from two different partners.

Samidoh's love life piques interest owing to his continued drama over the years which started in 2020 when he agreed to having an affair with politician and lawyer Karen Nyamu.

While both parties had vehemently denied this, he came out in public to apologise to his wife Edday Nderitu but that was the beginning of a never-ending affair which has since produced two kids and Karen wants more.

Edday & Karen blessed him with babies

Samidoh has been linked to three women in 2022 including his wife Edday Nderitu, his baby mama Karen Nyamu and Bernice Saroni. Here is the breakdown.

In 2022, both Samidoh's wife Edday Nderitu and Karen Nyamu welcomed baby girls. The girls were named after his mother Wairimu.

Although Karen was actively involved in politics, she beat all odds to continue fighting until she gave birth.

At the time, Karen was eying Nairobi senatorial seat which she lost in primaries but interestingly, she remained loyal to her party and secured a nomination slot in the Senate.

During her swearing-in, Samidoh showed up looking all glam with their children which seemingly rubbed his wife Edday wrongly.

While Edday did not share her feelings plainly, she reacted to a post about side chicks noting that men tolerate them at the cost of their kids' well-being.

She was reacting to a social media post by Bernice Saroni who was also castigating sidekicks terming them home wreckers.

She questioned why these bunch of women ask men to be faithful to them, yet they cheat on their wives with them.

"Where does side chick get the strength to tell a married man to promise not to break my heart or cheat on me? Women, why do you think you are more special than the wife? Don't be a devil in someone's marriage they are a lot of single men huku inje ...Tafuta uoshe wako," Bernice wrote.

Edday would later respond perhaps outing her troubled marriage.

"It all starts with a man who doesn’t respect his family, then comes a side chick who thinks she’s better than the wife, then comes children who suffer because of two selfish people, and that’s why depression in pre-teens and teens has increased," Edday stated.

All was seemingly well until Samidoh travelled to the US for his mugithi tour and this is where Bernice Saroni comes back into the picture.

Disclaimer: Bernice was Samidoh's US tour promoter but netizens had a lot of speculations.

Netizens raised concerns about Bernice whom the singer had been accompanying as he visited different states and cities in the US to perform.

Bernice describes herself as a single mother of four on her profile on social media - and this alone has raised eyebrows.

To drive speculations even further, Bernice kept sharing videos on TikTok goofing around with Samidoh.

Nyamu took a direct hit at Bernice after a fan identified as Eunice Shaisha told her not to concentrate on what is being said about the US-based lady and Samidoh on social media as long as he was paying the bills.

"To you my dear sister kindly close your ears you will hear more and more nonsense. As long as he is paying the bills cheza kama wewe," Eunice Shaisha wrote.

Responding to Shaisha, Karen Nyamu took a swipe at Bernice saying that revellers in the US were filling Samidoh's gigs to see Bernice's humongous booty.

“That information is very sweet and very okay. USA people come out in huge numbers to see Bernice who has big assets and also enjoy the Mugiithi. Also, take photos and send them back to me," Karen Nyamu responded.

The rumours continued until the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Nominated Senator shared photos while flying out for work. At the time, fans insisted she was chasing after Samidoh in the US.

Karen Nyamu further claimed that she was not fighting for Samidoh but nonetheless noted that her baby daddy was worth fighting for.

"Are you fighting for Samidoh?" a concerned fan asked Karen Nyamu.

To which she replied; "Not really but he's worth fighting for."

Dubai drama

In a twist, Karen and Bernice claimed they were friends perhaps to simmer down the chatter which was getting out of hand.

Nyamu and Bernice were thought to be fighting over Samidoh but it later turned out the two ladies are actually friends and are taking Kenyans for a ride with their fake online feud.

Karen admitted she was not embroiled in any fight with Bernice over Samidoh while engaging her fans in an interactive Questions and Answers (Q&A) session on Instagram.

“Why are you guys fighting for Samidoh? Is he nice in everything including. Mmmmmmmh,” a fan asked Nyamu.

To which she replied;

“Hahaha don’t get fooled. There’s no fight like that and there will never be.”

Nyamu further shared a screenshot of her video call with the voluptuous US lady just to prove they were making a fool out of unsuspecting Kenyans who thought they were fighting each other over Samidoh.

"Umeona Samidoh ako na mumama (Have you seen Samidoh has a sugarmommy)? A fan asked Karen Nyamu.

Responding to the question, Nyamu shared a screenshot of her video call with Bernice and revealed that they were laughing at such people who thought they were busy fighting each other.

All this time, Edday kept her silence and stayed away from the chaos.

Despite the fact that the beef has been pronounced fake, opinions were still formed.

However, although the fake online feud stirred up the 'goat wife' conversation, Edday remained completely unbothered by the messy shenanigans while living her best life and going about her business.

But when fans thought everything had calmed down, Karen was at it again in mid-December with a display at Samidoh's Dubai event where security officers were, at some point, forced to escort her out for the sake of peace.

Samidoh's wife Edday was also present in the building, sparking lots of reactions from the singer's fans.

Karen would later announce that she had broken with Samidoh in order to avoid the 'unnecessary' drama, going forward.
