Comedian Eric Omondi and former news anchor Jaque Maribe have brought to an end their recent online showcased squabble.
In video footage seen by K24 Digital, the two made peace through a handshake mediated by businessman Simon Kabu.
In the Thursday, November 4 video posted on Kabu's Instagram page, the two who treated Kenyans to a private 'film' of their previous relationship appeared cosy dressed in matching red outfits.
"Eric and Jaque, I am happy now. At least there is white smoke," Kabu said to which Maribe replied, "you are the mediator in chief," followed by Omondi's, "Koffi Annan," reply.
The two then shook hands with Maribe revealing that Kabu, reportedly her's and Eric's mutual friend, made numerous phone calls in pursuit of the 'handshake'.
"Jaque was hot. I was hot. Simon called me. He also called Jaque. Unakumbuka vile Kibaki na Raila? Mimi na huyu tulipelekan, wachana na hiyo, mimi na huyu tulipelekana," Omondi said before reffering to Kabu as the chief mediator.
The two then apologised to their followers over their recent squabble on the paternity of their child.
"We are sorry," the two said with Maribe adding, "we have a child together," prompting Omondi to embrace her.
Maribe further posed a question to Omondi, asking him who the father of her child is.
"Mtoto wangu ni wa nani?" Maribe asked to which Omondi replied, "Si ni wangu!"
