Controversial Pastor James Ng'ang'a is weighing in on George Wajackoyah's promise to legalise marijuana.

In a viral video, Pastor Ng'ang'a condemned Wajackoyah's pledge warning that it would seriously harm young people's morals and the Kenyan public.

In stern tones, the priest warned that his manifesto was illegal and that he should respect Kenya because it is a Christian nation.

"Nimesema katika jina la yesu hautaleta laana Kenya ya kuua watoto na bangi. Give us respect Kenya is a Christian country, and there are some things we cannot allow you to do," Ng'ang'a said.

The pastor of the Neno Evangelism church further threatened Wajackoyah with a fight, saying he would do everything to halt the marijuana agenda.

"I'm 69 years you are 62, you are my junior so I will not accept. I will attack you and we meet its either you knock off my teeth or I knock off yours. Hamtaleta laana Kenya ya kuua watoto na bangi…we ndio ulaniwe na ufe kabla ya wakati wako," he added.

Further, the pastor characterised Wajackoyah as apathetic, rejecting a claim made in his manifesto that hyenas and snakes are valuable animals.

Wajackoyah had proposed that Kenya exports hyena flesh and testicles in an effort to raise money to help pay off the nation's mounting public debt.

"Unasema ati Kenya tupande bangi, tukate wanyama sehemu za siri. You clearly don't care, but we will show you how to," Ng'ang'a said.
