Samidoh dropped a new love song called ‘Bado Nakupenda’ which many people think is a dedication to Karen Nyamu.
The Mugithi singer featured Luo singer Prince Indah in the new song which premiered on YouTube on February 8, 2023.
A section of netizens were quick to conclude Samidoh was reaching out to his estranged baby mama through his new song.

Facebook user by the name Wakiende Hannah teased Karen Nyamu that she should call her baby daddy after he dedicated a love song to her.
“Naskia muibi wa nymbo amekuibia wibo c uchike simu muongee kindogo kamamii ama unataka wibo upoteree tu hifio,” Wakiende Hannah commented on Karen Nyamu’s post.
Responding to Wakiende Hannah's suggestion, Karen Nyamu told her that Samidoh should release another song while singing in Hindi language for her to think about calling him.
“Wakiende Hannah Aimbe ingine sasa ya kihindi nifikirie hio mambo,” Karen Nyamu replied.
Breakup
Karen Nyamu stated that she had broken up forever with the Mugithi star after an altercation with his wife Edday Nderitu in Dubai in December 2022.
Nyamu was quick to point out that her decision to publicly announce the break was fueled by the manner in which the drama was witnessed.
"Great and powerful women will attest that many times our weakest link is the men we get involved with. I am stopping the pattern. I have made a conscious decision to end for good my involvement with the father of my babies and now ex-Samidoh Muchoki," Nyamu stated.
"I know I could have called him and ended it quietly but I decided to make this as public as the drama and controversy have been. This had become a concern, especially with the position I hold as a member of the 4th senate," she added.
Speaking during an interview on Vybez Radio, Nyamu noted that Samidoh had let her down multiple times but stressed that he has never disappointed her as a father to their two children.
The mother of three noted that she was still very single even though she was co-parenting with Samidoh.
