Noti Flow's 19-year-old lesbian lover Arman Bux alias King Alami is still recuperating at the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) where doctors are working on her injuries.

Doctors had to amputate King Alami's left arm after she reportedly jumped off the 7th floor of an apartment building in the Roysambu area along Lumumba Drive in an apparent suicide attempt.

Photos show King Alami's arm was amputated from the shoulder. It's not clear she would be able to use prosthetic arms with such amputation.

The 19-year-old in a post on Instagram noted that she looks weird.

"I look weird as hell," King Alami wrote.

You're perfect to me

Noti Flow while reacting to King Alami's post assured her that she was still perfect to her even without her left arm.

"To me you're perfect baby. I love you forever," she wrote.

Roysambu building

King Alami reportedly jumped off the 7th floor of an apartment building in the Roysambu area along Lumumba Drive.

Unconfirmed reports on Twitter indicated that King Alami was attempting suicide and that there was no foul play.

However, Noti Flow had earlier suspected King Alami was pushed off the apartment building amid reports that she jumped off in apparent suicide.

The lesbian rapper also shared a medical appeal in support of her ex-lover. She appealed to well-wishers to help Alami’s family to raise funds to settle medical bills as she receives treatment for injuries suffered.
