Curvy gospel singer Veronica Wanja, alias Nicah The Queen has disclosed that she had a hard time healing after separating with her ex-husband Sande Bush, popularly known as Dr Ofweneke.
Through her Instagram page, the mother of two shared a photo taken in 2016 - months after breaking up with the comic, further narrating how she tried hard to get over it.
Nicah said she was trying really hard to get back on track and be there for her two kids, adding that she was having a hard time healing as she had a lot to deal with, including her music career and bills.

She, however, thanked God she was lucky to handle the situations and emerged victorious at the end of it all.
"2016! Look how snatched I was gosh! That year was a challenging one for me, this photo was taken four months after my separation from my ex-husband, I was trying so hard to heal and get myself back on track for my two beautiful kids, music ministry and the bills! Weeeeeeeh but GOD will forever be God.. All in all, I really want this body back," she wrote.
In March this year, Nicah raised eyebrows after confessing to missing Dr Ofweneke who is currently dating Christine Tenderess whom they share one kid.
"I miss the moments, I would say we created good memories. He was my best friend, we used to talk and even if love fails, if you people were best friends, you still care for each other as friends," she said.
Adding; "People fall in love and it reaches a time, one overgrows the other and the happiness disappears because you don't understand each other. So we fell out and we saw because we have kids together the best thing is to go our separate ways but raise kids together."
Nicah broke up with the comedian over an alleged domestic abuse after the singer accused her ex-husband of being a wife-batterer.
On the other hand, Dr Ofweneke accused the singer of cheating on him with another man.
