Canadian based lawyer Miguna Miguna took the internet by storm after he posted for the first time a photo of him and his three daughters.

Miguna who is expected to return to Kenya on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 took the opportunity to caption the photo with words saying that it was his joy of being a father.

"The joy of fatherhood, Cheers and Viva Nyi Kano, see you soon," Miguna tweeted.

Netizens however could not establish if his daughters are currently in Kenya or Canada and if his message was a goodbye message ahead of his return to Kenya.

Netizens who got to see the photo could not hold their reactions, with some requesting for the Migiuna's daugther social media.

One @KOT asked netizens to search the said Migunas's daughter social media handles asap.

Another @alasirimotors said he had a fleet of 15 range rovers which he wants to unleash on this jaber ! Miguna let me manifest, the netizen asked.

Miguna's post come hours after he declared his return to the country despite court orders barring him from getting back to the country.

Miguna has vowed to proceed with his planned journey back to Kenya, despite court orders that declined to lift red alerts issued against him.

The court dismissed the application by Miguna, noting that it cannot rely on speculation to grant the orders sought by the complainant.

However, the outspoken lawyer declared he will carry on with his planned flight back to Kenya in accordance with the court rulings by Justice Chacha Mwita back in 2018.

The return of Miguna suffered a major setback after the High Court declined to lift red alerts issued by the Kenyan government on two airlines.

Miguna, through his lawyers, had moved to court to have the red alerts lifted to enable him to travel back to the country.

High Court judge Hedwing Ong’undi stated that Miguna’s team did not prove that their client has been blocked from returning to Kenya.

Miguna had stated, under a certificate of urgency, that due to the said alerts, Lufhansa and Air France airlines have barred him from boarding their aircraft to Kenya.
