Rapper Julius Owino popularly known as Juliani has revealed how he met Lilian Nganga, the ex-wife to Machakos governor Alfred Mutua.
In an interview published on Friday, September 17 Juliani who has been in the limelight over his alleged ‘situation ship with Nganga recounted his first meeting with the former county First Lady.
“I met Lilian in early June. She is the kind of lady you would just want for a friend. I haven’t seen many women like that. Clarity of mind. Clarity of purpose. Value system. We are mutual friends,” Juliani said.

Responding to whether the two are an item, Juliani said he didn’t ’sleep in class’ during his first meeting with Nganga adding that at first sight, all he wanted was to have her as a friend.
“For now I just want to be her friend. If I get something more out of our friendship, I will be grateful,” Juliani said.
Before Lilian announced her separation from Governor Mutua, photos of the two looking hugged up surfaced on the internet initiating dating chatter.
Taking to his Twitter account days after Mutua and Nganga announced their separation, Juliani who was seemingly not ready to come clean about their ‘situation ship since he neither accepted nor denied the rumors asked his fans to make their own personal judgment.
