Internet personality Diana Marua has been trending for a couple of days now over her old video confessing about her past life.
In the video, the mother of three says she dated men for money sparking toxic chaos across the internet.
Following the confession, netizens put two and two together to try and speculate on the said men which saw Lang’ata MP Felix Odiwuor alias Jalang'o being dragged into the mess.

In the photo, the two are seen in a friendly pose with both of them smiling.
While appearing for an interview with Mungai Eve, Jalas denied dating Marua saying;
"I didn't see, I didn't even know Diana was trending until a friend of mine showed me a photo. I remember that photo must have been taken more than 15 years ago when my friend used to have a boutique at Jamia Mosque. and Diana had come in to buy clothes. I think she was a superstar. Diana was a superstar throughout. We took a photo with her and saw Ghafla write and put my photo, with very funny captions, it's so sad."
Adding;
"And it really hurts when you just write things without knowing what somebody is going through."
Diana Marua's confession video
The video of Diana Marua confessing how she used to sleep with men was first uploaded on her YouTube channel on October 26, 2020.
In the video, Diana Marua narrated how she used to have flings with men galore explaining how each man played a specific role in her life like one was for paying her rent, another catered for her house shopping etc.
"I used to date guys for money at some point in my life because I lacked. I lacked the whole of my life to a point where all I wanted was a good life, all I wanted was to live well. And I dated guys for money. I had people who used to give me… I dated someone who used to pay my rent, nlikua na mtu wa kunifanyia shopping ya nyumba, nlikua na mtu wa kunibuia manguo, nlikua na mtu wa kunipeleka… unajua I used to date… Let me tell you, in my early 20s money for me was never a problem," Diana Marua narrated.

Side chick
Diana also confessed that she used to be a side chick to a married man whom she genuinely loved. She said the man gave her everything she wanted but he warned her that he would never leave his wife to be with her.
"I remember at some point I was even a side chick to a married man. I liked that guy sana. He liked me too. I remember at some point aliniambianga 'Dee I will not lie to you that I am about to leave my wife for you but if you want this to work all I can do is I promise you that I am going to get you a car under your name. I am going to get you a house under your name'. And akaniuliza unataka kuwa na watoi wangapi. Mi nkamwambia mi I want to have three kids. Akaniambia now I can't give you three kids, I can give you one kid. I was ok. I was a side chick but the guy was good.
"You see when you are a side chick kuna rules, kuna dating kules; you cannot call that guy past these hours. Kuna times kama Father's day, kuna time kama birthday ya wife, kuna weekends… hizo times huwezi call. So kulikua na kale kanyongoo, kale kwa waruu," Diana narrated.
