Tanzania singer Harmonize's new song has been blocked by Youtube on copyright grounds.
Sandakalawe released on Friday, June 25, had gathered over 649K views before Youtube pulled it down noting that it contained content from the empire.
Searching the song on Youtube shows the message; 'This video contains content from EMPIRE, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds.'

The Bongo artist has however experienced this before as in 2020 July, a song he had just released was pulled down on copyright claims.
The song Amen was deleted after rapper Rosa Ree claimed the Tanzanian artist had sampled beats from her hit song Kenyor Aleng'
Kenyan producer also rubbed Harmonize wrongly after raising copyright claims on his song Uno which he released soon after ditching the WCB records.
Recently, Kenya's Genge artist Mejja suffered a similar blow after his song Tabia za Wakenya
The song which had gathered over 1.6 million views was reported by an upcoming artist Bouja Bwuoy.
Confirming it, Mejja in an Instagram post wrote “I am speechless. You can slow me down but I am not giving in. God above everything.”
Mejja further noted that the song will be back on Youtube in two weeks' time however, the 14 days wait elapsed and the song is still missing.
