Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua delivered a clear message to Mugithi ace Samuel Muchoki alias Samidoh over his love affairs which are slowly overshadowing his rising career.
While addressing mourners in Gatundu during the burial ceremony of Pauline Nyokabi the elder sister to Cabinet Secretary(CS) for Investments, Trade and Industry Moses Kuria, the DP gave Samidoh (who was also in attendance) a not-so-subtle challenge where he asked him to take charge and control his love life.
"...Na wewe sasa Samidoh kuna pahali unatuangusha kidogo. Control hii watu wako. Seek advice or we shall discipline you na tukukataze kwenda ng'ambo," Gachagua stated amid laughter from the attendees.

Gachagua's sentiment comes after a dramatic night in Dubai that saw Samidoh's baby mama nominated senator Karen Nyamu summoned by UDA's disciplinary committee.
The Dubai chaos that took place on December 17 saw Karen Nyamu and Samidoh's wife Edday Nderitu engage in an altercation.
These scenes were captured as they unfolded in a live video snippet leaked by a fan as most were left baffled as the tense scenes quickly escalated with a calming song playing in the background.
While Karen Nyamu apologised and promised to do better, Samidoh is yet to address the matter.
Samidoh's love life
While the singer has an undeniable showbiz flair that he has continually maintained, he has also won over a whole new legion of fans from his love life.
The sensational artiste is a husband and a father of five from two different partners.
Samidoh's love life piques interest owing to his continued drama over the years which started in 2020 when he agreed to having an affair with politician and lawyer Karen Nyamu.
While both parties had vehemently denied this, he came out in public to apologise to his wife Edday Nderitu but that was the beginning of a never-ending affair which has since produced two kids and Karen wants more.

At the time, Karen was eying Nairobi senatorial seat which she lost in primaries but interestingly, she remained loyal to her party and secured a nomination slot in the Senate.

Disclaimer: Bernice was Samidoh's US tour promoter but netizens had a lot of speculations.
It was after the tour he went to Dubai for a final show leading to the publicised drama.
When fans thought everything had calmed down, Karen was at it again in mid-December with a display at Samidoh's Dubai event where security officers were, at some point, forced to escort her out for the sake of peace.
Samidoh's wife Edday was also present in the building, sparking lots of reactions from the singer's fans.
Karen would later announce that she had broken up with Samidoh in order to avoid the 'unnecessary' drama, going forward.
