Nairobi Woman Representative, Esther Passaris, on Friday excited a section of her social media followers with a post of her wearing an off the shoulder blouse..

Ms Passaris, who was attending Maranda High School alumni fundraising dinner presided by ODM leader Raila Odinga, took to twitter to share some enticing photos of her during the function.

The photos caught the attention of her social media followers who quickly bombarded her with compliments as well as criticisms over her choice of dress.

A section of her male followers wasted no time to comment on her post with some taking the opportunity to solicit for dates.

Responding to her admirers, Ms Passaris asked for three reasons why she should honour their date requests.

Some. however, did not take it kindly and instead criticised her outfit, terming it inappropriate. But the Nairobi Woman Rep told them off, telling them she is free to wear whatever she desires.

"By the way. Its called 'off shoulder' not 'topless'. Don't you research before writing a piece? Opps. I get it. We want to grow our followers. Can I direct some desperate cases to your desk to help from the profits on my account?" Ms Passaris responded on twitter.
