Content creator Lynn Ngugi named among BBC’s 100 most influential women globally

Talk show host Lynn Ngugi could not hide her joy after she was listed as one of the top 100 most influential women globally, by BBC.

Lynn is featured among globally acclaimed ladies including Malala Yousafzai, the youngest-ever Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Samoa's first female Prime Minister Fiamē Naomi Mata'afa, and acclaimed author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

According to BBC, the list highlighted women who are playing their part in reinvent society, culture, and the world.

Taking to her Instagram, Lynn dedicated the recognition to her fans for supporting her platforms.

"Thank you so much to the entire BBC team for this🙏 Dedicating this to each and everyone of you. Thank you for believing in me. For walking with me, and for trusting me with your stories. Congratulations to all the women on the list. It's an honor to be among you💛," she wrote.

On the list, Lynn is sitting next to Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie which she termed as "a dream come true."

"Not sure I will ever get over this day🙏Today was amazing( still) I hope we can all be inspired, reset our minds and help reinvent the society together.
Also, seeing myself next to Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie was in itself a dream come true. Thank you so much, God, and the entire team at BBC for this.
Together, we will change the world," she added.
