Cartoon Comedian reveals she is ready to date Butita days after he fell out with Mammito

Comedian Vanessa Akinyi famously known by her stage name Cartoon comedian in a post on Instgram said that she was ready to date fellow comedian Edwin Butita days after the latter parted ways with Eunice Njoki alias Mammito.

Akinyi publicly opened up saying that she was willing to date the comedian, which even caught the attention of Butita.

“Tag celeb unaona tunaeza match me na choose ule wa Netflix (Tag a celebrity you think we can match; I choose the Netflix one),” posted Akinyi.

The post which was a caption to a photo that was posted by Akinyi caught the attention of Butita who replied by saying “Acha nimtag.”

In the recent past, word has been going round that Butita and Mammito who have been lovers had parted ways.

On November 16- Mammito failed to wish her boyfriend a happy birthday, which caught the attention of netizens.

As several celebrities were wishing Butita well, Mammito was silent on her social media pages, a clear indication that things were not working for the love birds.

It has also emerged that Mammito was no longer following Butita on Instagram.

Asked on whether everything was okay with his lover, Butita told Kenyans off, saying that he did not have control over her social media accounts and could not ask her what to post and what not to.

In September, Butita opened up saying that he had landed a great deal with Netflix that will see him smile all the way to the bank.

He said that he had been contracted to script and direct a Swahili Version of Upshaws which is an American sitcom created by Regina Y. Hicks and Wanda Sykes.
