Media personality and business lady Betty Kyallo has vowed not to undergo natural birthing process again.

In a YouTube video, the mother of one recalled the delivery process and her whole pregnancy journey in a series dubbed 'bun in the oven'

The pregnancy that came in 2014; three years into her media career saw Betty stop her wedding with her then lover Dennis Okari. She was expecting her daughter Ivanna.

It was however quite smooth and easy for her all through the nine months and was well supported by her partner, friends and family.

"I got pregnant three years into my media career in 2014 .It was quite an easy and smooth experience. I craved chips mwitu and amigos(I was a cheap pregnant woman) All the trimesters were smooth sailing and Dennis was supportive," she noted.

She however termed the natural delivery process as quite a painful experience for her.

"For me, breathing didn't help. It was crazy painful for me. There is no way to explain delivery. You go through the whole process but it's not easy. The scene is still fresh in my mind and it is not as horrible as I described it," she said.

Betty noted that while she misses being pregnant, she will absolutely not go through the process again.

"I will go through the epidural way, since that pain by just talking about it, I feel it is still in my mind," she said.

An epidural is a procedure that injects a local anesthetic into the space around the spinal nerves of your lower back to block the pain from labour contractions during birth effectively.

Betty however broke up with Dennis shortly after their plush and highly publicized wedding in 2015, just six months into the union.

She is currently in a public relationship with city lawyer Nick Ndeda after the two lovers were coerced to go public following expose by blogger Edgar Obare.
