Betty Kyallo revealed she made a lot of money from her reality show part of which she used to relaunch her beauty parlour 'Flair By Betty'.

The media personality's high-end beauty parlour was launched in April 2018 and was initially located at the steely FCB Mihrab building but she has since moved it to the current location One Padmore Place in Kilimani.

Lang'ata Member of Parliament (MP) Felix Odiwour alias Jalang'o asked Betty a series of questions during the relaunch of her beauty parlour on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

Jalang'o sought to inquire about the money Betty made from her reality series 'Kyallo Kulture'.

"How much did you make from the first season?" Jalang'o asked Betty Kyallo.

Betty revealed that she made a couple of million.

"Umenipata offguard. Tulitengeneza mamilioni kadhaa," she said.

"Is it the same money you used to build this place?" Jalang'o asked.

Betty explained that the deposit she got from season two of Kyallo Kulture helped her a lot in relaunching her beauty parlour.

"Me am always saving. But pia hio ilisaidia sana kwanza hii season two deposit ndo ilisaidia sana hapa hivi," she said.

'Kyallo Kulture' premiered on June 17, 2022. The reality series dives into the personal lives of Betty Kyallo and her sisters, Mercy and Gloria Kyallo.

“We’ve always wanted to have our own show out there because we feel like we have something to give,” Betty said during the premier of the reality series.

Mery Kyallo added: “Until now, you’ve seen her glamorous side and the beautiful Betty on screen as a news anchor. Now, you’re about to see her funny side. We’re going to be very candid about who we are, and about our life struggles and happiness.”

However, Mercy confessed that she has always been scared of featuring in a reality series.
