Jalang'o has revealed that his bosses have kicked off the process of finding his replacement once he quits his radio job at Kiss FM for politics.

Speaking to Nicholas Kioko, a local blogger, Jalang'o revealed that Radio Africa has begun doing auditions as they look for his perfect replacement.

He said that several comedians have lined up for the position. Some of those comedians include Dr Ofweneke and former Nation FM presenter Oga Obinna.

"You have seen the auditions have begun, you have seen Ofweneke and Obinna. You will also see more comedians coming in for the vetting process to replace me," he said.

Dr Ofweneke was the first comedian to be auditioned for the radio job. Last week, he appeared at the radio station where he held a couple of shows alongside Jalang'o and his co-host Kamene Goro.

This week, Obinna has been behind the mic.

Jalang'o had revealed that he will officially leave the station on February 9 to focus on his campaigns for the Lang'ata Constituency MP seat.
